What are your delivery times?
We use the following delivery times:
Netherlands: 1 - 2 business days
Belgium: 2 - 3 business days
Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Austria, Denmark, Portugal, Poland: 3-5 business days
Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic: 4-7 business days

When will I receive my order?
At Mcubes, all orders placed before 3 PM are shipped on the same day. After completing and paying for your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We will then immediately start preparing your package, and from there, your package will be in the hands of DHL or DPD. If you order from the Netherlands, your order is usually delivered the next day. Delivery times to Belgium are around 2 to 3 working days, and for the rest of Europe, a delivery time of 3 to 8 working days applies. How do I track my order?
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the corresponding track and trace code. With this code, you can track your order on the carrier's website, depending on the party that ships your order.
How do I return my order?
Are you not satisfied with your order, is there something wrong with your order or would you like to exchange your item? Then it is possible to return your ordered item to us, please take a look at the Returns page
What if my order arrives damaged or gets damaged during use?
If your order is delivered damaged or defective, or your product is damaged during use, please contact us as soon as possible. Always do this by email and try to explain the problem as clearly as possible, always including photos. We will do our utmost to respond to you as quickly as possible and find a suitable solution.
How long is your warranty period?
We sell high-quality speedcubes and brain teasers. We stand by our products and therefore offer a 12-month warranty, provided the conditions are met.
