At Mcubes, we want you to receive your order as quickly and easily as possible. That's why we work with DHL and DPD, the world's leading parcel delivery services. We offer multiple shipping options; when selecting your shipping method during checkout, please carefully consider which method best suits your order and preferences. *Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day. As a result, orders within the Netherlands are generally delivered the next day, while orders to Belgium are generally delivered within 2-3 business days. Why no free shipping at mcubes.nl?
At mcubes.nl, we consciously choose not to work with 'free shipping'. While this may sound appealing at first glance, 'free shipping' doesn't actually exist, and shipping costs are often incorporated into product prices when free shipping is offered. Delivery services unfortunately do not ship for free, and these costs must be covered somewhere. Therefore, with 'free shipping,' you essentially pay shipping costs multiple times when ordering several products. However, we want to remain transparent and honest about our prices. By keeping shipping costs separate, you only pay for what you actually buy and not for hidden costs. This ensures that our products remain competitively priced, regardless of the size of your order. Of course, we try to keep shipping costs as low as possible, so you never pay more than necessary for fast and reliable delivery.
It can happen that we temporarily offer free shipping during special promotions. These are exceptions where we want to surprise our customers with an extra treat now and then, but our standard approach remains transparent and honest, without hidden costs.
Additionally, this approach helps us make sustainable and efficient choices in our logistics, so we can deliver your order in a fair and responsible manner.
Shipping Process
*Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day. As a result, orders within the Netherlands are generally delivered the next day, while orders to Belgium are generally delivered within 2-3 days. For other countries, estimated delivery times are listed above. Do you order on the weekend? Then your order will be shipped on Monday, so it may take a few extra days for you to receive your order. We will notify you by email once your order has been shipped and will send you a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order. Unfortunately, shipments can sometimes experience delays during the delivery process with DHL or DPD. You often receive a notification about this, or it is visible in the track & trace. If delivery is taking a very long time, please contact us!
Track & trace
With the tracking number you receive by email, you can track the progress of your order on the website of the respective parcel delivery service. You can see where your order is, when it is approximately scheduled for delivery, and at what estimated time.
Receiving Process
Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a delivery confirmation from DHL or DPD. If you are not home during the first delivery attempt, the parcel carrier will try to deliver the package to one of your neighbors. If you do not want your package delivered to a neighbor, you can select the ‘Do not deliver to neighbors’ option during checkout. If the parcel carrier cannot deliver the package to a neighbor and you do not schedule a new delivery date or time, the parcel carrier will leave a delivery notice with information on how to schedule a new delivery date or time. If you do not take action, the parcel carrier will take your package to the nearest service point. You will then receive a message from the parcel carrier with the location and opening hours of the pick-up point.
