At Mcubes, we want you to receive your order as quickly and easily as possible. That's why we partner with DHL and DPD, the world's leading parcel delivery companies. We offer multiple shipping options; when selecting your shipping method during checkout, please carefully select the one that best suits your order and needs. *Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders within the Netherlands are generally delivered the next day, and orders to Belgium are generally delivered within 2-3 business days. For other delivery times within Europe, please see below.

Why no free shipping at mcubes.nl?
At mcubes.nl, we deliberately choose not to offer "free shipping." While this may sound appealing at first glance, "free shipping" doesn't actually exist, and the shipping costs associated with free shipping are often factored into the product prices. Unfortunately, the shipping services don't ship for free, and the costs for this have to be covered somewhere. So, with "free shipping," you essentially pay multiple shipping costs when ordering multiple products. However, we strive to remain transparent and honest about our prices. By keeping shipping costs separate, you only pay for what you actually buy and no hidden fees. This ensures that our products remain competitively priced, regardless of the size of your order. Naturally, we strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible, so you never pay more than necessary for fast and reliable delivery.
We may occasionally offer free shipping during special promotions. These are exceptions we occasionally use to surprise our customers, but our standard practices remain transparent and honest, with no hidden costs.
In addition, this approach helps us make sustainable and efficient choices in our logistics, so that we can deliver your order in a fair and responsible manner.
Shipping process
*Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders within the Netherlands are generally delivered the next day, and orders to Belgium are generally delivered within 2-3 days. Estimated delivery times for other countries are shown above. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday, so it may take a few days longer to receive your order. We'll notify you by email once your order has been shipped and send you a tracking number so you can track its progress. Unfortunately, shipments can sometimes be delayed during the DHL or DPD delivery process. You'll often receive a message about this, or it will be visible in your track & trace. Track & trace
Using the tracking number you receive by email, you can track the progress of your order on the website of the relevant delivery company. You can see where your order is, when it will be delivered, and the estimated time.
Receiving process
Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a delivery confirmation from DHL or DPD. If you are not home during the first delivery attempt, the delivery driver will try to deliver the package to one of your neighbors. If you do not want your package to be delivered to your neighbors, you can select the "Not at neighbors" option during the ordering process. If the delivery driver cannot deliver the package to your neighbors and you do not schedule a new delivery date or time, they will leave a delivery notification with information on how to schedule a new date or time. If you do not take any action, the delivery driver will take your package to the nearest service point. You will then receive a message from the delivery driver with the location and opening hours of the collection point.
